Compliments of Amylu, Creator of Sausages by Amylu
Product used in this recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
| 4-6 links | Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage, sliced diagonally into 1/2" pieces

1 cup | Shiraz wine
|
1 cup | Apricot preserves
|
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix wine and preserves well in a medium saucepan.
- Cook 20 minutes over low flame or until thick.
- Add Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage and heat thoroughly.
- Ladle into chafing dish; place on buffet, keeping warm.
