Sweet Andouille Buffet

Compliments of Amylu, Creator of Sausages by Amylu


Product used in this recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

4-6 links  Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage, sliced diagonally into 1/2" pieces
1 cup
Shiraz wine
1 cup
Apricot preserves

DIRECTIONS:

  • Mix wine and preserves well in a medium saucepan.
  • Cook 20 minutes over low flame or until thick.
  • Add Sausages by Amylu Andouille Chicken Sausage and heat thoroughly.
  • Ladle into chafing dish; place on buffet, keeping warm.
